Order Cancellation, Returns, and Refund Policy

At Repose Healthcare, we are committed to providing a seamless and transparent experience for our customers. Please carefully review our order cancellation, returns, and refund policy before placing your order.

  1. Order Cancellation
  • You may cancel your order for a self-collect sample kit at any time before returning the sample to our laboratory for testing.
  • Due to the sensitive nature of our sample collection kits, returns are not permitted once the kit has been dispatched.
  • Orders submitted before 2:30 PM are dispatched the same day, while orders submitted after 2:30 PM are dispatched within 24 hours.
  • If you cancel your order after the kit has been dispatched, you will be charged for the test kit, VAT, and postage costs incurred at the time of order submission.
  • In this case, only the cost of laboratory testing will be refunded.
  • Once your sample has been returned to the laboratory, cancellations are no longer possible, and no refunds will be issued.
  1. Returns Policy
  • For hygiene and regulatory reasons, we do not accept returns of sample collection kits once they have been dispatched.
  • If your kit arrives damaged or with missing components, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receipt to arrange for a replacement.
  1. Refund Policy
  • Refunds apply only to the cost of laboratory testing if the order is canceled after dispatch but before the sample is returned to the lab.
  • No refunds will be issued once the sample has been received and processing has begun.
  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after approval and will be credited to the original payment method.
