Discreet Packaging
All kits are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging to ensure your privacy. There is no mention of Repose Healthcare or the kit contents on the outer packaging.
Return Shipping
We include a pre-paid, pre-addressed return envelope in every test kit. Simply place your completed sample inside and drop it off at any Royal Mail postbox or post office. No additional postage is required.
Tracking Your Delivery
Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your Royal Mail tracking number, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Delivery Issues
If your kit hasn’t arrived within 5 working days, please contact our support team at [insert support email] with your order number. We’ll investigate and assist you with a replacement if needed.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your delivery details before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
Lost or Damaged Kits
If your kit arrives damaged or is lost in transit, reach out to us immediately. We’ll arrange a replacement kit at no additional cost, subject to confirmation with Royal Mail.
COVID-19 Related Information
While standard delivery times have largely returned to normal, occasional localised delays may still occur due to Royal Mail staffing or supply chain disruptions related to COVID-19. We thank you for your patience and understanding during such circumstances. We remain committed to getting your kit to you as quickly as possible.
International Shipping
We currently only ship within the United Kingdom. International delivery is not available at this time.
