Tobias is a HCPC-registered Biomedical Scientist with extensive NHS laboratory experience and a strong commitment to advancing the accessibility of high-quality diagnostic testing. With a career spanning multiple disciplines of laboratory medicine, he combines scientific expertise with a patient-centred approach to help ensure that diagnostic services are accurate, reliable, and delivered to the highest professional standards.

As Co-Founder and Scientific Director of Repose Healthcare, Tobias provides scientific leadership across the organisation, overseeing the quality and integrity of its diagnostic services. He works closely with accredited laboratory partners to ensure that testing processes meet rigorous quality standards and that every result is clinically meaningful, dependable, and supports informed healthcare decisions.

Tobias completed his postgraduate training in Immunology at Imperial College London and holds an IBMS Specialist Diploma in Haematology and Blood Transfusion, together with a Certificate of Expert Practice in Quality Management. His multidisciplinary expertise spans immunology, haematology, transfusion science, laboratory quality management, and diagnostic service development.

Passionate about innovation in healthcare, Tobias is dedicated to expanding access to trusted laboratory testing through technology, quality assurance, and evidence-based practice. His vision is to bridge the gap between accredited laboratory medicine and convenient patient-centred diagnostics, ensuring that high-quality testing is more accessible without compromising scientific excellence.
